Oral presentation at AGU Fall Meeting
I made a presentation entitled “Low-frequency pulses associated with downward” at the “Energetic Radiation From Lightning and Thunderstorms I” session of the American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting 2021, December 13-17, 2021. By organizing the cases of Downward TGFs observed in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture and Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, and analyzing the LF waveform of the lightning discharge acquired at the same time, we revealed that there were at least two types of lightning discharge that caused Downward TGF.
The fall meeting was a hybrid event in New Orleans and online everywhere, and I participated online.
